💵 Winning Life Prize Rules

1. It’s a skill contest

Prizes are awarded on merit: your round scores (judged by the game’s scoring) or how many real friends you bring in. Nothing is decided by chance.

2. Who can win

• 18 or older, and a legal resident of the 50 US states or DC.
• One person, one account. Multiple accounts, self-referrals, bots, purchased traffic or tampering = disqualified.
• The sponsor and their immediate family can’t win.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Friends board prize: $5

• When a Friends board reaches 10 unique players (each finished a spoken round on that board, one per device/player), a 72-hour countdown starts.
• When it ends, the top scorer on that board who is a paying member wins $5. Ties go to whoever reached the score first.
• If the top scorer isn’t a member, the prize goes to the next-highest-scoring member on that board. If no one on the board is a member, the prize goes unawarded.
• Members can win at most 3 board prizes per calendar month (UTC). Over the cap, the prize passes to the next eligible member.
• Membership = any purchase in Winning Life. Free players can compete; members can claim.

4. Monthly Top recruiters: $50 / $25 / $10

• Your count = unique people who finished a spoken round on any board you created, deduped across all your boards. You don’t count yourself.
• Prizes for 1st / 2nd / 3rd each calendar month (UTC) if 10 or more creators each recruited at least 1 unique player that month. Otherwise that month has no prizes.
• No purchase necessary for the recruiter prizes. Ties: whoever reached the count first.
• Accounts flagged for suspicious bursts (e.g. many players from one network) are reviewed and may be disqualified.

5. Claiming and payout

• Winners see a “Claim it” link on the board or the leaderboard, on the device they played on.
• Pick PayPal, Venmo, Apple Cash, or a gift card, and give the handle, email or phone for it, plus your name. Confirm 18+ and US residency.
• Payouts are sent manually by Jarl, usually within 7 days. Unclaimed prizes expire after 30 days.
• We may ask you to verify eligibility before paying. Winners handle any taxes. We’d only issue a 1099 if a winner gets $600+ in a year.

6. Other

We may correct mistakes, void fraud, or change or end these prizes by updating this page. Changes don’t affect prizes already won. Not sponsored by Apple, PayPal, Venmo, Amazon or X. Questions: jarl@inventagon.com. See also Terms and Privacy.
